About

Dr. Levy is a mental-health-focused Occupational Therapist. She has experience working with individuals across the lifespan with an emphasis on helping clients re-engage in meaningful activities. Dr. Levy received her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from The University of Southern California (USC) in 2019.

Dr. Levy’s process is simple: she initially helps individuals identify occupations that are important to them, then assists clients in becoming more functional in those areas. Examples include sleep hygiene, building coping skill, increasing social participation, improving academic engagement, sobriety maintenance, and participation in life-enriching hobbies.

In addition to her training as an Occupational Therapist, Dr. Levy is certified in EMDR and ACT and is a certified Mindfulness Coach. All sessions are approached with a trauma-informed lens. Though she works with people of all ages and functional abilities, Dr. Levy has a great deal of experience working with college-aged students, people on the Autism spectrum, and the queer community with a special focus on transgender individuals.

Dr. Levy has worked at a number of clinics in the greater Los Angeles region including Silicon Beach Treatment Center, Rise in Malibu, and PCH (psychological center for healing). She now focuses her time providing both group therapy, guest lecturing at various universities, and providing specialized care to private clients.
