How is payment handled?

Payment is handled through Square- you will receive an invoice link via text or email. Dr. Levy kindly asks that payment is handled in a timely fashion, within 1 week of invoice receipt.

Do you accept insurance?

At this point in time, Dr. Levy does not accept any form of insurance. However, she is happy to email a superbill at the end of each month for clients to submit to insurance for reimbursement purposes.
